I liked the examples of games. The presenter was knowledgeable and provided good examples and stories.

I learned with engaging and interactive presentations. I am thoroughly interested in memory care, and I feel more confident. What I enjoyed the most was the engagement with real-life scenarios. The presenter was full of positive and loving energy. I would recommend it!

I learned that we are so undertrained and under-resourced in the healthcare industry. We could be doing so much more for our elderly population/dementia diagnosed, by being more personable with them.

I will be applying this within my office as we face challenges with this, and you put things into perspective on how to handle this, as it’s always going to be a “when”.

I learned how to be better, be aware of caregivers’ needs, where they are in life, how to teach caregivers better tools working with people with dementia.

I learned that we don’t have to argue with clients. We need to personalize activities with the client, and advise clients/family to have annual vision/hearing tests.
