HIGH QUALITY SOLUTIONS
Owning and operating a CNA school, I’ve had the privilege of welcoming thousands of students through our doors. Many come to skill up and become CNAs, while others join as home care aides or hospital aides, eager to advance their careers. One of the most striking things I hear from students is how often they are assigned to dementia patients. This happens because many upper-level team members either lack the knowledge or simply don’t have the time to provide the specialized care these patients need.
It’s a widespread challenge in healthcare—so many professionals are unsure how to effectively manage or care for individuals living with dementia. Now, imagine the difference if this gap were addressed. Instead of dissatisfaction, surveys could reflect high satisfaction scores. Families could feel confident knowing their loved ones are understood and supported, rather than just treated medically.
In Illinois, dementia regulations for home care aides, CNAs, nurses, and social workers are very specific. How prepared are your teams when it comes to dementia compliance? Is your hospital meeting the necessary requirements for dementia training? Empower your teams—including your doctors—and equip them with the essential education they need to improve patient outcomes. When healthcare professionals are properly trained, it changes everything—for the patients, their families, and the care teams themselves.

My Story—Why This Matters to Me
Time and again, I witnessed the frustration of my staff as they tried to provide effective care, only to realize they lacked the tools and understanding to truly connect. It became painfully clear: traditional dementia training wasn’t enough. Random modules and check-the-box requirements failed to equip caregivers with the knowledge and confidence they needed.
My personal experience inspired me to create the change I wanted to see in the caregiving world and in the positive experiences of families. When I began sharing this knowledge with my team, the transformation was remarkable. Caregivers became more confident, more effective, and more connected. Clients and families noticed the difference, too—it was a shift that extended beyond tasks and routines to create deeper, more meaningful relationships.
I’ve poured my heart and soul into this training to empower agency owners and their teams to elevate the quality of dementia care they provide. It’s not just about learning the tasks; it’s about fostering meaningful connections and making a lasting difference in the lives of caregivers, clients, and their families.
With the right knowledge, I’ve witnessed lives transform—caregivers feeling more confident and connected, clients receiving compassionate care, and families finding comfort and trust. That’s the true power of understanding dementia care, and it’s a mission that fills my heart with pride and purpose.
Here's How It Works
This 10-module course covers everything caregivers need to prepare for and understand throughout the entire dementia journey. From the very start, we break down the complexities of what happens inside the brain using state-of-the-art graphics and visuals, so caregivers can actually see and grasp how the brain is changing. The course guides caregivers through each stage of dementia, highlighting what’s ahead, what to expect, and how to manage challenges as they arise. From brain health and communication strategies to managing family stress and navigating end-of-life care, each module is designed to give caregivers the tools and confidence they need to face what’s next. By the end of this course, caregivers will be fully prepared for the journey ahead, knowing exactly what to expect and how to provide compassionate care every step of the way.
