Training that Empowers and Lasts a Lifetime – Priceless!

Empower yourself with our comprehensive roadmap for caring for a loved one with dementia. This essential training provides you with proven processes and strategies, ensuring your success while minimizing struggles. Navigate your caregiving journey with confidence and clarity, knowing you have the tools to provide the best possible care.

My Story—Why This Matters to Me

Dementia profoundly changed my life, both as a daughter and as a professional. I watched a small piece of my mother disappear each day over the course of several years—a heartbreaking journey that shaped my understanding of caregiving. Later, as the owner of a home care agency for over 10 years, I saw another side of the struggle—my caregivers, dedicated and compassionate, often felt unprepared and overwhelmed when working with clients living with dementia.

Time and again, I witnessed the frustration of my staff as they tried to provide effective care, only to realize they lacked the tools and understanding to truly connect. It became painfully clear: traditional dementia training wasn’t enough. Random modules and check-the-box requirements failed to equip caregivers with the knowledge and confidence they needed.

My personal experience inspired me to create the change I wanted to see in the caregiving world and in the positive experiences of families. When I began sharing this knowledge with my team, the transformation was remarkable. Caregivers became more confident, more effective, and more connected. Clients and families noticed the difference, too—it was a shift that extended beyond tasks and routines to create deeper, more meaningful relationships.

I’ve poured my heart and soul into this training to empower agency owners and their teams to elevate the quality of dementia care they provide. It’s not just about learning the tasks; it’s about fostering meaningful connections and making a lasting difference in the lives of caregivers, clients, and their families.

With the right knowledge, I’ve witnessed lives transform—caregivers feeling more confident and connected, clients receiving compassionate care, and families finding comfort and trust. That’s the true power of understanding dementia care, and it’s a mission that fills my heart with pride and purpose.

This course offers 10 hours of virtual training that covers both basic and advanced dementia care in one comprehensive package. Compared to traditional methods, which would cost $5,100 for 50 caregivers for 6 hours of basic training plus an additional $2,550 for annual advanced training, my course is just $2,997 annually for up to 75 caregivers. This saves you over $5,000 and allows caregivers to complete the training in just 8 hours, saving time and money while ensuring compliance.
This training goes beyond generic templates and is built on years of real-world experience in dementia care. It’s designed to be engaging and practical, offering interactive modules, informative videos, and fun animations that make learning both enjoyable and impactful. Caregivers will find themselves immersed in content that directly applies to their daily challenges, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge they need without feeling overwhelmed. It’s a dynamic, hands-on approach to learning that keeps caregivers engaged and prepared for real-life situations.
Caregivers can complete the training in just a few hours, instead of spending weeks on lengthy courses that require constant supervision. I prioritize maximizing their valuable time—and yours—by offering a concise and effective learning experience. As an added benefit, licensed healthcare professionals, including RNs, LCSWs, and SWs, can earn 10 CEUs, which are essential for maintaining licensure and advancing their professional development. This flexibility makes it easier for caregivers and healthcare providers to stay up-to-date without disrupting their schedules.

Here's How It Works

This 10-module course covers everything caregivers need to prepare for and understand throughout the entire dementia journey. From the very start, we break down the complexities of what happens inside the brain using state-of-the-art graphics and visuals, so caregivers can actually see and grasp how the brain is changing. The course guides caregivers through each stage of dementia, highlighting what’s ahead, what to expect, and how to manage challenges as they arise. From brain health and communication strategies to managing family stress and navigating end-of-life care, each module is designed to give caregivers the tools and confidence they need to face what’s next. By the end of this course, caregivers will be fully prepared for the journey ahead, knowing exactly what to expect and how to provide compassionate care every step of the way.

Let me share a story to highlight why this is so important

A friend of mine owns a home care agency and, like many of us, was juggling the endless demands of running a business. She loved helping her clients, many of whom were living with dementia, and her agency became known for offering dementia care. But amidst the chaos of managing caregivers, clients, and day-to-day operations, she kept putting off the state-mandated dementia training.

She told me later that she felt overwhelmed and stressed, always telling herself, “I’ll get to it later.” But “later” never came—until it was too late. During her annual audit, the state found that she wasn’t in compliance with dementia training regulations, and she was hit with multiple fines. It wasn’t just the financial burden; she also felt embarrassed and worried about her agency’s reputation.

This is why I can’t stress enough—it’s not a question of if the state will audit your agency, it’s a question of when. If you advertise dementia care, you need to have the proper training in place. Don’t let the stress of running an agency lead to unnecessary risks. Don’t put this off—sign up today and give yourself the peace of mind you deserve.

Multiple things stood out as all the dots were connected. One thing that was a light bulb moment for me is the critical importance of routine throughout the different stages of dementia.

Learned that everyone—caregivers, family, workers—all need stress reduction methods. When I have my staff meetings, I will inform staff of examples of the ways to reduce stress.

Aishling, what a great training you have compiled. I can’t wait to see how our caregivers apply the different strategies they learned thought out our agency and families we serve.

I learned mostly that small adjustments and changes can make a
powerful difference.

I feel like I have a much better understanding of how my residents feel that have dementia. I also know now that I will be more patient since I didn’t understand before taking this course how they felt.

All this great information I can take back to my HCA and train them better.

Aishling is a very knowledgeable and experienced educator. I loved her narration throughout the entire course. Her compassion is evident throughout this entire training. I highly recommend this training I absolutely loved it.

I loved the training and recommend this training be expanded and offered to all facility staff to include dietary aides, transportation drivers, reception desk clerks, housekeeping staff and activities directors.

Loved this training very profession and educational and easy to follow.

I couldn’t pick which unit I liked the best. I simply loved all of it. Aishling spoke with a lot of intellect, and I was still able to understand.

In the world were living in today understanding dementia is critical to our success. Thank you, Aishling very engaging training.

This training was beautifully presented and will help me dealing with my family member more fairly.

Magnificent training. Loved the self-care section. Very worthwhile training specially in today’s climate.

This training was thought provoking and helped me to be more self-aware and patient. I will be more aware of my body language when providing dementia care. Very educational training. Thank you, Aishling.
